He graduated from Miller County High School Class of 1961 and Bainbridge College in 1992 with an Associate degree in Automotive Technology earning the Academic Achievement Award. Carlton saw the prettiest girl he had ever seen, gave her a ticket for a free ride on the swings and the rest is history. He was a devoted husband and proud father, with his and Peggy Ann’s greatest accomplishments being their daughter and son.
