     Mrs. Gloria Stinnett of Canton, GA, formerly of Colquitt, GA, died Saturday, January 7, 2023, at The Retreat at Canton. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 14, at 2:00 PM at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Rev. James Scarborough officiating. Interment will follow at Eternal Rest Memorial Gardens with Brian Calhoun, Nik Fleming, Dalton Sheffield, Bo Sheffield, Jacob Beckham, and Joshua Beckham serving as active pallbearers. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Colquitt Funeral Home.

     Mrs. Stinnett was a long time resident of Colquitt Alternative Care, and was of the Christian faith.

     She is survived by one son, Alan (Shannon) Sheffield; two daughters, Rhonda (Bobby) Calhoun, and Stephanie (Brian) Beckham; eight grandchildren, Brian (Ivey) Calhoun, Bonnie (Nik) Fleming, Dalton (Sara) Sheffield, Bo Sheffield, Saige Sheffield, Jacob Beckham, Katie Beckham, and Josh Beckham; and five great-grandchildren, Maddy Fleming, Sydney Fleming, William Calhoun, Benjamin Calhoun, and Bonnie Sheffield. Mrs. Stinnett was preceded in death by her husband, Colonel Stinnett; parents, Ed and Katie Sanders; two brothers, Marlin Sanders and John Sanders; and two sisters, Irene Davis and Christine Gaulden.
