Lenore Ella Kelley

Mrs. Lenore Ella Kelley of Colquitt died Saturday, January 4, 2025, at her residence. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jean Watson and Rev. Tony Mock officiating.  Interment to follow at Kelley Cemetery with Travis Kelley, Jeremy Kelley, Scott Kelley, Zach Kelley, Matthew Brooks and William Brooks serving as active pallbearers. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 PM Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at Colquitt Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lenore retired at the age of 81 from American Peanut Growers in Donalsonville, GA. and attended Cook's Union Methodist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Kevin (Cindy) Kelley of Colquitt, GA, Danny (Nina) Kelley of Ochlocknee, GA, and Brian (Sherrie) Kelley of Colquitt, GA; two daughters, Kim (Bo) Haywood of Colquitt, GA and Lee Anne (Danny) Sheffield of Colquitt, GA; 12 grandchildren, Travis Kelley of Tallahassee, FL, Melissa (Shep) Sheppard of Tallahassee, FL, Michael Haywood of Colquitt, GA, Jeremy (Leah) Kelley of Ochlocknee, GA, Mandy Griffin of Colquitt, GA, Scott (Kolbey) Kelley of Canton, GA, Shay Kelley of Panacea, FL, Zach Kelley of Athens, GA, Samuel Sheffield of Colquitt, GA, Matthew (Marianna) Brooks of Colquitt, GA, William Brooks of Colquitt, GA, and Danielle Sheffield of Americus, GA; 12 great granddaughters; one great grandson; two great-great grandchildren; and one sister, Sue Fitzgerald of Colquitt, GA. Mrs. Lenore was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Marvin Kelley; one grandson, Brandon Kelley; and one brother, Doug Huston.
