Mr. Marty Braswell (63) of Colquitt died Sunday, December 11, 2022, at Flowers Hospital. Graveside funeral services will be Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Colquitt City Cemetery with Rev. Fletcher Sheffield officiating. Active pallbearers will be Kenny Brown, Frankie Chambless, Nicholas Braswell, Casey Givens, Rodney Bryan, Tony Givens, Steve Cross and Ronnie Thompson.Visitation will be Tuesday, December 13, 2022, from 1:00-2:00 PM at Colquitt Funeral Home.

     Mr. Braswell was owner of Braswell TV and Satellite Company'

     He is survived by his wife, Sharon Sheffield Braswell of Colquitt, GA; one daughter, Nicole Parker of Colquitt, GA; two sisters, Becky Braswell of Colquitt, GA, and Debra Heath of The Villages, FL; one brother, Chris (Diane) Braswell of Bainbridge, GA; father and mother-in-law, Rev. Fletcher and Margaret Sheffield of Colquitt, GA; two sisters-in-law, Marilyn Givens of Colquitt, GA, and Debra (Rodney) Bryan of Colquitt, GA; and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Braswell was preceded in death by one brother, Glenn Braswell; his parents, Rupert and Vernice Chambers Braswell; and one sister-in-law, Becky Pickren.
