Mrs Willie Ruth Miller of Colquitt died Friday, May 17, 2024 at Seminole Manor in Donalsonville. Funeral services will be Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Colquitt Methodist Church with Rev. Benjamin Miller and Rev. Ken Sharpe officiating.. Interment to follow at the Colquitt City Cemetery with Eric Lovering, Kevin Lovering, Jason Houston, Darren Phillips, Dr David Phillips, and Jake Warren serving as active pallbearers.Visitation will be Sunday, May 19, 2024 from 2 to 3 PM at Colquitt Methodist Church.
Mrs Miller was a homemaker and retired after 20 years as a bus driver for Miller County School System.
She is survived by two sons, Michael (Michele) Miller of Bainbridge, Mark Miller of Byron, two daughters,
Lorey Miller and Angie (Steve) Roland both of Colquitt. 8 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.
One brother, Jerry (Mavis) Phillips and one sister Virginia Warren both from Colquitt. She was preceded in death by her husband,
Joseph Lamar Miller, her parents, Rufus and Lannie Phillips and one granddaughter, Melissa Poitevient.
