Steve West

     Mr. Steve West of Cottonwod, AL, died on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Southeast Health in Dothan, AL. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 2:00 PM, at Sheffield Funeral Chapel. Interment at County Line Cemetery will be held at a later date. 

     Mr. West was of the Baptist Faith and was a die-hard Alabama Football Fan. 

     He is survived by his life partner, Greg Traylor of Cottonwood , AL; two brothers, Jimmy (Bonnie) West of Kathleen, GA, and Tommy West of Colquitt, GA; five sisters, Betty (Jack) Reagan of Warner Robins, GA, Janice (Bob) Johnson of Tallahassee, FL, Patsy (Ronald) Worthington of Brinson, GA, Alice (Maurice) Roy of Havana, FL, and Vicki (Mitch) Bush of Brinson, GA; numerous nieces and nephews; and one beloved dog, Biskit. He was preceded in death by one sister, Patricia Forrester; parents, Thomas and Louise Glass West; and three fur-babies, Gypsy, Sophia, and Albee.
