Terri Lee Holt

Mrs Terri Lee Holt of Colquitt died Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Rev, Cory Thomas officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 13, 2024 from 1 to 2 PM at Colquitt Funeral Home.   

Terri Lee was born on November 6, 1962 to parents Orlando and Linda Font in Tampa,FL. After moving to Colquitt in the 1970s, Terri was raised by her mother, Linda, and stepfather, Steven Knight along with her siblings Dolly and Larry. After high school, Terri went on to be a wife and mother. She has one son, Tyler (Danielle) Holt. After her divorce she eventually remarried, Steve Adkins, and had three stepchildren, Stephanie, Melinda, and Josh Adkins. She became widowed in 1999. Over the years, she worked at several jobs that she really enjoyed and quit work due to health issues in 2020. She then spent most of her time being the best Memaw to her "babies" Ava Klaire, Rosie, and Mac Holt. Terri was fortunate to reunite with her other siblings over the past twelve years and has developed a wonderful close relationship with her sisters, Sherry, Cindy, and her brother Landy Font. 

Terri is survived by her son, Tyler (Danielle) Holt, three grandchildren, Ava Klaire, Rosie, and Mac, and her fur baby Sebastion. She is also survived by her mother, Linda Warren, her sisters, Dolly (Kerry) Lockart, Sherry Font, Cindy Bond, Sherry (Guy) Stovall, Pebbles Warren, and her brothers, Larry (Linda) Font, and Rick Garrett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews biological and self claimed. Terri was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Adkins, her father, Orlando Font, her stepfathers, Steven Knight and Frazier Warren, and her baby sister Melody Font.
