Winnifred Heard Daniels

Mrs. Winnifred Clemontine Heard Daniels of Colquitt, died Thursday, March 13, 2025, at Miller County Hospital. Funeral services will be Monday, March 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Mother's Home Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Whitaker officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Josh Bailey, Jason Cox, Jeff Cox, Brian Gibson, Timothy Haire, Sr., and Sam Whittaker serving as active pallbearers. Visitation will be Monday, March 17, 2025, from 10:00-11:00 AM at Mother's Home Free Will Baptist Church.

Mrs. Daniels was a homemaker and a member of Mother's Home Free Will Baptist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Ray Daniels of Springdale, AR, James H. (Linda) Daniels of Sonora, KY, and Michael Lewis (Rebecca) Daniels of Lockport, NY; two daughters, Doris Louise Daniels Knight of Kissimmee, FL, and Devorah K. Daniels-Kranz (David) of Colquitt, GA; 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 21 great-great grandchildren; and one sister, Betty Wilkerson of Donalsonville, GA. Mrs. Daniels was preceded in death by her husband, Roscoe Daniels; one grandson, Mathew Ray Daniels; son-in-law, James R. Knight; daughter-in-law, Flora Daniels; parents, Tom Winn and Euva Hortense Taylor Heard; one brother, A.J. Heard; and one sister, Trudie Candee.
